This Is A Release Of Liability

In consideration of myself being permitted to rent the equipment listed on this form, I agree to the terms and conditions of this responsibility for its care while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement, at full retail value, I agree to reimburse and hold harmless Crown E-Bike LLC (the LLC that is responsible for “Aspen’s Best Ebikes”) for any loss or damage of any kind, other than reasonable wear and tear, which results from the use of this equipment. I further agree to return all rental equipment by the agreed date and time.

I ACCEPT AND CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT DANGERS AND OTHER RISKS INVOLVED IN THE SPORT OF CYCLING, BIKING, AND E-BIKING FOR WHICH THIS EQUIPMENT IS BEING USED, THAT INJURIES ARE A COMMON AND ORDINARY OCCURRENCE IN THIS SPORT.

I AM VOLUNTARILY RENTING AND USING THIS EQUIPMENT WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND FREELY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS OR DEATH THAT MAY RESULT. I AGREE TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT AT MY OWN RISK.

I therefore, for myself, my heirs, successors and representatives hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DEFEND Crown E-Bike LLC, its Owners, Agents and Employees from any and all liability for any and all such damage, injury, paralysis, or death to myself or any other person or property resulting from NEGLIGENCE, the selection, adjustment, and use of this equipment, acceptation for myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage, injury, paralysis, or death of any kind which may result.
